CEEP Executive Search
After twenty years, CEEP is seeking a new Executive Director. It is with heavy hearts that we will bid farewell to our beloved, talented director, Cynthia Cannon McWhirter, who will retire next spring. As with all transitions, this poses both a challenge and an opportunity for CEEP. Under her leadership, CEEP has become an organization with a strong foundation and a respected voice in the Episcopal church. Now we discern what is next.
The Board of Directors of CEEP has charged a search committee to seek a leader who will be their vision partner discerning and designing the future of CEEP. The strong foundation of this organization, built by Cynthia, Board directors, conference planning committees, and dedicated members is a solid launching pad for the future. We are excited to focus on what a new leader will bring and what vitality awaits the members of CEEP.

Timeline for search process: The search committee will begin first round interviews in November, 2017, via Zoom. Second round interviews will be conducted in person January, 2018. Final candidates will be interviewed by the Board of Directors between January-February, 2018.
